ProfitCLUB follows this fast-paced, 90-minute format twice per month:
Homework Review - Previous session’s plan to make sure you’re on track. Talk through what worked well, what you need to test/adjust, and what you need to systematize so you stay on track.
Education Section – Your coach will deliver targeted pieces of education from the ActionCOACH System that are appropriate for the group each session.
Hot Seats - 1 member of ProfitCLUB has an opportunity to resolve a real time business issue with your coach and the rest of the group. This has proven to be one of the most valued and popular parts of ProfitCLUB.
Commit - Homework is assigned so that you actually implement the learnings.
GrowthCLUB – Special Rate for GrowthCLUB quarterly planning days
MentorCLUB© is designed to help get you up to $50,000 - $65,000 per month in revenue. This small group format has a good cross-pollination of ideas. This is a great fit for companies that have the desire but are stuck in getting those big plans and ideas implemented. Format is Homework review to keep you on track, Plan, the “how” of your actions for the upcoming week and Commit to your strategies with your coach.

Succession Plan Implementation
This 2X/month Group Program is for business owners who want to begin the execution phase of making their business transferable.
For your business to be transferable, we need to be able to pull you out of it and have it run flawlessly. That means systems, relationships, structure, financial mastery, operations, etc., all need to be managed confidently by your team. Much of the work is not about what you need to learn, but how you will push those learnings to your team.
Format: One hour — 30 minutes learning, 30 minutes implementation and coaching.
